Responsibilities

Sales Associate

Full-time / Salary + Commission

Responsibilities
  • Assists in contacting regular and prospective customers to sell, demonstrate products, and explain product features.
  • Recommends products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests, answers customers' questions about products and pricing.
  • Identifies prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients and CRM database.
  • Monitors market conditions and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
  • Participates in promotional activities (telemarketing, direct mail and follow ups)
  • Consults with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Develops strong relationships and an atmosphere of trust with the customer.
  • Obtains a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • PC Skills: Microsoft Windows including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM database experience a plus.
    • Strong oral, presentation, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Education & Experience
    • 1-4 years customer service/sales experience required.
    • Bi-Lingual a plus
    • Travel: Travel to client locations is expected for this role.
